Welcome to Thursday Feature: “Let’s Talk Books! Yes, I’m really late getting this posted, but today life stepped in and derailed the day until now. BUT…. I’m here and it’s time to chat!!
Now that Fall has arrived, and Winter is just around the corner, what books are you looking forward to reading?
Do you have a special place you like to read?
🙂
My bed is my special place.
I love reading books before sleeping in night:)
I have just finished reading Short stories by Leo Tolstoy.
These days I’m trying to read “The story of my life” by Hellen Keller
How’s the reading going? 🙂
Hi Izzy! It’s been a busy week, but I did finish The Boston Girl by Anita Diamant, and I liked it very much. Started Clara & Mr. Tiffany by Susan Vreeland, and I’m enjoying it so far. It’s still Friday here in California, so I’ll have my Friday Feature: “Let’s Talk Books” post up in a couple hours.
I always read before I go to sleep at night.
Anywhere that I can read comfortably, move around, and be free to express my various emotions as I read is my favorite spot lol.
Here are a few books on my TBR list:
1.The Count of Monte Cristo (Alexandre Dumas)
2. Go Set a Watchman (Harper Lee)
3. Lolita (Vladimir Nabokov)
4. The Handmaid’s Tale (Margaret Atwood)
I’m counting the days until the new Harper Lee book is released. Isn’t it wonderful that this manuscript is going to be released?
For many, yes, it is wonderful. 😀 It’ll probably be an unforgettable reunion and journey.
